The Practice believes that patient confidentiality is extremely important and does everything it can to make sure that all of the information it holds about patients remains highly confidential.
If you feel that we have failed to keep to the very high standards we have set ourselves please contact the Practice Manager as soon as possible.
If you feel that the reception area is too public to discuss a particular matter, please tell a member of staff that you would like to discuss the matter in private and every effort will be made to make the necessary arrangements.
